WHO WE ARE
The purpose of the Lake Washington Force Program is to promote interest in and develop competitive basketball skills for those girls in grade levels five through nine, residing in the Lake Washington High School boundary area with intent to attend the high school, who are committed to such development.

We participate in AAU leagues during the Fall and Spring, and enjoy local competition from the Puget Sound Traveling League in the Winter.
